What was your earliest memory?
The 1985 coup d’etat in Lagos, Nigeria. We migrated to the US soon after.
Did you go through training/university or straight into work?
University. I’ve been training ever since.
Who have your mentors been?
Professionally, too many to name; I have not met someone I have not learned something from. Personally, it has to be my older sister.
Ambition or talent — which is more important?
Hard work above all, followed by some luck.
