Charity comes in many shapes and sizes, but not often in the form of a submarine.
Yet that is what Turkish tanker owner Palmali has donated to the government of Azerbaijan.
The Azeri ministry of emergencies agreed to accept a DeepFlight DF-302 Super Falcon sub owned by Palmali, Azer Press reported. This has now been handed over.
The Turkish company is owned by Azeri businessman Mubariz Mansimov.
