A veteran Lebanese livestock carrier has been banned from Paris MOU ports after failing its third inspection in three years.

The 2,100-dwt Youzarsif-H (built 1977) was detained in Midia, Romania, on 29 April with 17 deficiencies. It was held for 27 days.

The vessel's flag state of Togo is on the Paris MOU's black list of registers. It has now been barred for three months.
