The 1,350-dwt self-discharging vessel Sterno (built 1970) became stuck on the night of 14 October.
It was able to be moved back into deeper water on Wednesday after 500 tons of the cargo was lightered.
No pollution has been detected.
The ship was on its way to Lake Malaren with a cereals cargo.
