Authorities are still searching for another crewman from a vessel named as Lugger, which went down on Monday off Cabo Cabron.

Four crew were rescued by another tug.

Stormy weather was reported in the area at the time.

The body of captain Juan Ramon Ruiz Pena, 63, was recovered and taken to the port of Samana.
