Two officers, the helmsman, the head of cabin service and the director of Costa Cruises' crisis team received sentences of between a year and three years over the accident off Giglio in 2012 that killed 32 people.
Plea bargains with prosecutors mean they may never serve the terms, however.
Crisis unit leader Roberto Ferrarini was sentenced to two years and 10 months, while cabin service director Manrico Giampedroni got two years and six months.
