The 400-dwt Christos XXII (built 1972) took on water in TorBay in January after it was hit by the fisheries protection vessel Emsstromduring anchoring operations.

Emsstrom had developed a list under tow from Germany toTurkey and the master anchored to investigate this, the Marine Accident InvestigationBranch (MAIB) said.
