A 26-year-oldUkrainian was reported missing from Rose Shipping’s 4,100-dwt Julia (built2009) on Sunday, 24 miles off Cherbourg.
The vessel was enroute from Liverpool to Amsterdam.
A helicopter wasscrambled to look for the man, but the search was scaled down after a number ofhours.
