The men were taken from the 50,000-dwt Alpine Legend (built 2010) after falling ill on a voyage between Cape Verde and Charleston.
The Filipinos were brought ashore on board a pilot boat, the Bermuda Sun reported.
One was discharged on Wednesday.
The tanker is operated by ST Shipping & Transport of Singapore.
