The 4,500-dwt Kaisa (built 2005) got stuckon Sunday afternoon, but later managed to pull free under its own power.

The Swedish coastguard said the Lithuanian masterturned out to be “heavily intoxicated.”

The 46-year-old captain admitted being in control of the vessel, but said heonly drank alcohol after the grounding.

The ship is operated by Hansa ShipManagement of Estonia.
