The Greek shipowner’s 56,500-dwt Flag Gangos (built 2013) collided with a Pleiades Shipping Agency-managed tanker and a barge that were moored at a terminal near mile marker 97.4 at 2345 local time when the incident took place, according to the US Coast Guard and Pleiades.
Pleiades’ 105,000-dwt Pamisos (built 2011) suffered hull damage, the company said in a statement provided to TradeWinds.
