This is the third time that the 4,150–dwt Mansour M (built 1977) has been banned since 2011.

The Paris MoU said the vessel had been detained in Rhodes on 31 October and left without permission on 3 November.

It was first barred in 2011 by Greece and then again in 2013 by Slovenia.

“As this is the third refusal of access order the period of the refusal of access will be 24 months,” the port state organisation said.
