One man died in the incident in the Bay of Bengal on Friday.
The Bandhan was carrying 29 fishermen when it went down. Two crew were rescued by a passing boat.
Television footage showed relatives of the missing gathering along the shore in Chittagong, many wailing and holding photographs of their loved ones.
"I want my husband back. If he is not alive I want his dead body," one woman told Somoy TV.
