The Goldeneye (built 2002) was forced on to its berthing dolphin at Garcia Hernandez in Bohol, it was reported on Sunday.
The ship, loaded with limestone, was last recorded by AIS data as being underway off Bohol on 26 November.
It is listed as in casualty or repairing by the IMO’s Equasis website.
Three holes were punched in its side during heavy seas, Philippines coast guard lieutenant Robinson Madriaga told the Bohol Standard.
