The US cruise giant’s combined crime reports for 2014 show 38 cases of alleged assault, vessel tampering, theft, rape and sexual and other crimes.
That’s a 22.4% drop compared to the 49 crimes listed in 2013.
However, alleged incidents involving rape or sexual assault remain unchanged with 31 allegations reported each year in 2013 and 2014, according to a TradeWinds analysis of the data.
