The crew members were hoisted from the 52,000-dwt Almasi (built 2001) by a MH-60 Jayhawk 52 miles west of the Columbia River Bar on Thursday.
The men had suffered "injuries consistent with chemical burns and another crew member had a possible broken bone," the USCG said.
The seafarers were taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria for further medical treatment.
The bulker is operated by Almi Marine Management of Athens.
