The 820-gt Tourist Ferry Boat Primo (built 1968) was refloated on 13 February and towed to Casamicciola.
Local media said it got stuck on a beach while transporting hydrocarbon gas.
Eight trucks, eight drivers and seven crew members were on board the vessel at the time.
The ship is owned by Pozzuoli Ferries.
