According to a coastguard source talking to TradeWinds on condition of anonymity, four crew members of the 57,300-dwt Kosmas V (built 2011) fainted while unloading coal from Richards Bay in South Africa at the port of Drepanon in western Greece.
“The three are in good health now but the fourth was found dead,” the coastguard official said. The nationality of the victim has not been established yet, but the coastguard understands he was not Greek.
