It is being taken to court by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) after docker Robert Harrison, 59, who was employed by an agency, died in an eight-metre plunge in 2012 in Hartlepool.

Harrison is understood to have been supervising the loading of large steel pipes into the hold of the 37,000-dwt Bright Ocean (built 2012) at Irvine's Quay when he fell from a platform, the Hartlepool Mail said.
