A seafarer has died after falling from a Polish cargoship off the Netherlands.
The man was lost on Monday afternoon from the 2,700-dwt Olza (built 1990), 25km north-west of Vlieland, Transport Online reported
Dutch authorities were notified the seafarer had not been seen for two hours.
Lifeboats were joined in a search by two helicopters, a plane and a navy ship.
A body was later found.
