Australian authorities have banned an Indonesian-controlled general cargoship for the second time in a year.

The latest sanction against Anugerah Samudra Indomakur’s 3,500-dwt multipurpose ship Noah Satu (built 2004) is set to last 12 months.

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) also banned the ship from Australian ports in September for repeatedly failing to meet maritime regulations.
