A big containership owned by German group Peter Dohle has caused navigation problems in the Suez Canal after it grounded yesterday.
Shipping agents reported that a vessel ran aground in the southbound convoy on Thursday afternoon.
It is believed that the ship is the 12,552-teu MSC Fabiola (built 2010).
The accident caused a complete stoppage to the rest of the convoy, which consisted of 10 ships behind the stranded boxship.
