The UK Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) has said swimming pool supervision could prevent more drownings on cruiseships.

In its report into the death of a male passenger, called Oh, on the 70,000-gt Pacific Dawn (built 1991) in the Coral Sea on 9 November 2015, it said the forward pool had no crew in attendance.
