The crew of a Swiss general cargoship has extinguished a blaze in its engine room in Poland.

The blaze broke out on the 9,200–dwt Sabina (built 2000) on 19 June as it left Swinoujscie, local reports said.

The vessel was carrying phosphate bound for Szczecin.

The ship was said to have been disabled for some time.

AIS data has not been updated since 19 June.
