Taiwanese owner U-Ming Marine Transport has logged a small profit for the third quarter as revenue fell.

The bulker specialist said net earnings were TWD 7m ($0.22m) to 30 September, from TWD 428m in 2015.

Revenue declined to TWD 1.69bn compared to TWD 2.17bn, while operating costs were lower at TWD 1.72bn against TWD 1.9bn.

TradeWinds reported in October that the owner had found a trading buyer for a bulker built before 2000.
