George Economou’s DryShips has continued its growth spurt with the addition of four newcastlemax bulkers.
DryShips is paying $124m for the quartet, in a deal first uncovered by TradeWinds in February.
"We are very pleased to have increased the size of our drybulk fleet by acquiring four modern sister vessels at historical low prices,” Economou said in a statement today.
