Bulker owner Winning Shipping is expanding its fleet with a purchase of a 10 year old capesize from Doun Kisen of Japan.
It is paying a firm $23m for the Imabari built, 180,000-dwt Yuritamou (built 2007).
Winning is listed with a fleet of 31 bulkers of which 28 are capesizes.
In February it paid $8.6m for the NKK built 176,000-dwt Portage (built 2002) to CarVal Investors and in January secured the Hyundai built 179,000-dwt Dong A Leto (built 2010) and Dong A Ether (built 2011) from Dong A Tanker paying $25m en bloc.
