Croatian bulker owner Atlantska Plovidba has increased its stake in a domestic IT company.
It said it now has 51% of its contractor Laus CC.
It has become a majority holder in the company by acquiring an additional 6%, it said in a Zagreb stock exchange filing.
Laus CC develops solutions for online marketing and web design.
