Croatia's Atlantska Plovidba has taken on the management of a Hong Kong-owned bulker.
The company said it will operate the handysize vessel technically and commercially for Northern Glory.
The ship was built in China in 2011 and has a capacity of 32,480 tonnes. It was not named.
Atlantska this month sold two of its panamax bulkers to Navios Maritime Partners (NMP): the 75,500-dwt Imperial and 74,900-dwt Libertas (both built 2007).
