Diana Shipping of Greece has signed a more lucrative time charter for one of its panamaxes.
The New York-listed owner said Phaethon International Company is paying $8,550 per day, minus a 5% commission to third parties, for the 74,000-dwt Clio (built 2005).
The term is between 13 and 16 months, beginning on 3 July.
The deal will bring in $3.33m
