Arctic Securities has picked up coverage of Scorpio Bulkers with a buy rating amid improvements in the dry cargo market.
Analyst Andreas Wikborg describes Scorpio as a robust platform and modern tonnage which will be one of the “first dry bulk players out the dividend door”.
