Pan Ocean, the South Korean shipowner, has said it plans to expand its grain trading business into Southeast Asia next year.
It initially launched a grain trading business towards the end of 2015 as a new growth engine mainly focused on the South Korean market.
Pan Ocean said the planned expansion will help to improve profitability with a diversification of customers and grain types as well as increase its trading scale.
