A Vietnamese bulker master kidnapped by Abu Sayyaf militants in the Philippines has been found dead.
The body of Pham Minh Tuan was discovered by police in Jolo. He is believed to have been executed, Free Malaysia Today reported, citing Philippines media.
He was the master of the 5,600-dwt Royal 16 (built 2011), which was raided by the militants near Basilan in November, 2016.
