Oslo-listed mini-bulker owner Wilson has decided to pay a dividend for 2016 despite making a loss.
The company said it will pay out NOK 0.50 ($0.06) per share.
"The board's assessment is that it is appropriate to pay a dividend based on improved economic development and strengthened liquidity in the company," it added.
The annual loss was lower at EUR 2.36m,
