Malaysia's PDZ Holdings is aiming to move into the Indonesian market through a partnership with Indonesia Bulk Carrier (IBC).
PDZ will provide liner, bulker, tug and barge, self-propelled barge and OSV vessel services.
"Our focus is to expand our footprint regionally, partnering with a reputable maritime industry leader, which shares the same vision, to take advantage of the growing trade in ASEAN," PDZ CEO Tan Chor How told the New Straits Times.
