Vale has reported record iron ore shipment and production levels for 2017, with prospects of more to come this year.
The Brazilian mining giant shipped 335.5mt of iron ore and pellets last year, 34.2mt and 17.1mt higher than in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
Blended volumes in Asia totaled 66.2mt
