Diana Shipping says one of its post-panamax bulkers netted a 60% pay raise as Cargill extends the vessel's charter.
The 98,704-dwt Polymnia (built 2012) will be chartered by the world's largest grain trader for a term lasting between 14 and 17 months at $16,000 per day, less a broker commission.
Cargill had charter the vessel at $10,100 per day last year.
