Thai owner Thoresen Thai Agencies (TTA) has offloaded an elderly bulker to an Indian owner.
It has banked $5.6m for the 45,000-dwt Thor Enterprise (built 1995), it said.
The vessel has been renamed Asian Enterprise and is now listed as controlled by Hermes Maritime Service of India.
The deal leaves TTA with 21 ships of an average age of 11 years.
