Simpson, Spence & Young has supersized its Singaporean dry-cargo team with the takeover of YK&A – which was formed by a number of brokers who defected from RS Platou earlier this year.
London headquartered SSY claims the swoop will give it the largest dry-cargo team in the Lion City.
In a statement SSY says the takeover adds seven more brokers to its 14 strong desk.
