The German shipowner told TradeWinds that crew found the class-A drug during atank inspection in June on the 179,000–dwt ER Borneo (built 2010) en route from Rotterdam toImmingham.
The master immediately informed UK authorities and police boardedthe ship at the east coast port.
ER said the ship had been inspected by customs prior to departurefrom Rotterdam with no results.
