Nasdaq-listed Seanergy says IMI Holdings, which is tied toGreek tycoon Victor Restis, has concluded its acquisition of BET and its twocapesize bulkers.
The sale leaves Seanergy with a fleet comprising of twopanamax, two supramax, and eight handysize bulk carriers with a total carryingcapacity of approximately 468,500 dwt and an average fleet age of 13.9 years.
