The New York-listed bulkerand containership operator on Tuesday appointed Robert Perri to the position ofchief financial officer (CFO).
Prior to the new prefixPerri had served as the Athens-based company’s “financial officer”, a title heheld since September 2010.
Before 39-year-old took thetorch, chief executive Michael Bodouroglou acted as Paragon’s interim CFO.
From 2007 to 2010, Perri, who is also the CFO of Box Ships, was the vice president of finance at Atlas Maritime, which he joined afterleaving Zacks Investment Research where he worked as an equity analyst,according to securities filings.
