The Bulgarian owner has sent the 25,600-dwt Malyovitza (built 1983) to be chopped up in India.
A figure of $389 per ldt has been placed on the sale, pricing the trade at a fraction over $3m.
This is the fourth handy Navibulgar has disposed of this year and the second sent to India in three months.
The owner is left with a fleet of 22 bulkers and a single containership.
