The Taiwanese bulker owner said net earnings in the three quarters to 30 September were TWD 870.8m ($29.57m), against TWD 1.58bn in the same period of last year.
Transport revenue was down at TWD 4.9bn from TWD 5.97bn.
But operating costs only fell to TWD 4.81bn, against TWD 5.11bn in 2012.
