Shipmentsto China from the world’s largest bulk exporting port were 22.3mt last monthversus the 16.2mt seen twelve months ago.
Butthat was down 11.5% from the 25.2mt in October, a record month for shipments,which can be affected by weather from month to month.
Shipmentsto Japan were also up 38% year-on-year to 2.2mt, while those to South Koreamore than doubled to 2.9mt.
Overall, iron oreexports from the port were 28.1mt,
