The 31,000-dwt Hyundai Mipo built B Handy (built 2011) is said to have fetched $20m.
UK-based Vesselsvalue.com suggests the bulker is worth $21.7m. B Handy has been in TMT’s fleet since it was new.
It was one of the TMT vessels which saw its single-ship owning company file for bankruptcy last year.
It was arrested in Gibraltar during the summer by Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank amid claimsfor $15.3m
