OTC-listed Greenship saysthe arrival of eight newbuildings during the year and improving rates will pushits annual core operating profit to $30.1m.
After deductions forexpenses and loan repayments, Greenship says it generated free cash of $8.8m in2013.
Given its agreement to payout 90% of free cash generated, its dividend will be $7.96m, or $0.0428 perunit, a statement said.
Greenship, which floatedon the OTC last year, now has 16 ships in the water.
