It said net earnings were JPY 469m ($4.57m), up from JPY 335m in 2012.
Revenue rose to JPY 30.77bn from JPY 29.59bn a year ago.
Azuma is predicting full-year profit of JPY 389m, meaning a loss is likely in the final three months.
This compares to earnings of JPY 384m in the previous year.
