The Baltic operator's 15 ships produced an operating profit of EUR 7.6m ($9.17m) last year, against EUR 3.7m in 2012.
Revenue increased to EUR 77.8m from EUR 72.3m year-on-year.
It said international dry bulk rates remained low, but its vessels were fixed mainly on long-term contracts.
The company had improved its efficiency regarding fuel economy, introducing "speed optimisation" measures for its ships to reduce consumption.
