As we reported last week, Dong Fang has booked four 64,000-dwtvessels at China Shipping Industry (Jiangsu) backed by long-term deals withCSDC.
CS Bulk (HK) will pay a maximum of $2,499,780 per year, equivalentto $6,848 per day, for each of the ships over a ten-year period, a stockexchange filing reveals.
The contracts begin as soon as the newbuildings hit thewater which is expected between May and August 2015.
